Interstate Public Relations, IEC Supervision of co-ordinated programmes, supervision of cultural programmes such as drama festival, music festival and dance festival organized under the auspices of the department, administrative supervision of Tagore Theatre, liaison charge of the department in connection with propaganda and cultural programmes organized by various departments, supervision and review of district level field publicity activities being conducted under the supervision of regional deputy directors, etc.  Supervision of availability from departments and offices of ministers of the department, administrative matters of the research and reference department, modernization of PRD offices, coordination of information centres, supervision of war room and fact check division.
